The retail experience, in short, is changing and it is our pleasure to announce that Gerard Rebello has been invited to give a talk on 'Designing a blended channel experience' on the 29th of June. This is part of a two-day convention - In-Store Asia 2022 - under the theme of 'Reboot, Rethink and Redefine Retail Experience', which promises to bring the Indian retail industry together during these trying post-pandemic times.
